He was predeceased by: his wife Peggy Janice Shipley; his daughter Janice; and his brother Bruce Shipley. He is survived by: his children, Edward Shipley (Laurie), David Shipley and Holly Devine (Tony); and his granddaughter Amne Shipley Suman. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
