He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara J. Childress; his sisters, Lois Smith and Dolores Grosik; his parents, Ann "Cikoski" Ulevich and Vincent John Ulevich (William); his grandparents, Ignatius Joseph Ulevich, Mara Mvogineka, George Czejkovski and Ana Beson; and his close friends, Michael Firth and Dorothy Foehrkolb.
He is survived by: his children, Karyn (Phil) of Canal Fulton, OH, Lynne (Al) of Las Vegas, NV, Jayne (Lou) of Chester, MD and William "Billy" of Denton, MD; his grandsons, Dr. Joshua Carlson (Natasha) of Easton, PA, Will Iffland of Gainesville, FL and Dr. Philip Iffland (Jillian) of Baltimore, MD; his great grandchildren, Sapphira and Ezra; his brother Bob (Barbara, family: Sheldon, Michael, Jennifer, Millissa, West, Alicia) of Palm City, FL; his niece Dr. Leslie Smith of Boone, NC; his great-niece Brigid Ulevich; his cousin Tom Cikoski (Robert Tobaz); and his close friends, Gene Deems and Wayne Tucker.
