He is survived by: his wife Margie Parker Williams; his grandchildren, John "JT" Roseboro, Barry "Junebug" Cunningham, Laquaisha Mayes and Ariel Linton; his children, Billy (Angela), Danny, Jimmy Williams, Maxine Williams Rozzelle, Francine Williams Fields (James), Pandora Parker Linton, Lesa Williams Wells, Sheila Williams and Sophia Nicole Williams; his sister Betty Williams Anthony; his aunt Janie McClain; and his siblings-in-law, Sandy Williams and Virgil Askew.
