He is survived by: his wife Elisa Balunsat Grogan; his sons, Jacob Lee Grogan and Joshua Lee Grogan (Jessica); his sisters, Sarah Diane Adams, Sharon Kay Grogan and Norma Grogan Dixon (William Byron Dixon); and his grandsons, Zander and Zane Grogan.
