She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Cornelius Hardee and Sarah Elizabeth Soles Hardee; her husband George Oliver "Buddy" Fowler; her daughter Barbara Kay Fowler; and her siblings, Cleatis Vivian Coleman, Evelyn Pauline Mills, Willard Hardee, Daphene Pearl Todd, Vernon Hardee, Sarah Elizabeth Roberts and William Hardee.
She is survived by: her sons, Mark Fowler (Andrea) and Bryan Fowler (Keith); her grandchildren, Jason Fowler (Lynette), Griffin Fowler (Lindsey), Sarah Fowler, Meredith Holmes (Jeremy) and Morgan Fowler; and her great grandchildren, Addie, Anderson, Callie and Eli. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews.
