He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene Sadler (Wilton R. Meaders Sr.) and Wilton; his wives, Gloria Meaders and Linda Meaders; his granddaughter Anastasia Meaders; and his siblings, Eugene Meaders, Vancer and Marie Barrett.

He is survived by: his children, Sandra Meaders (Fenicia), Ryan Meaders (Jean), Tiras Meaders, Michael Meaders (Tywonda) and Shonda Henderson; his grandchildren, Miya, Rikito, Nakishia, Tiras, Tysquan, Justin, Brandon, Damion, Britany, Michael, Gloria, Telijaha, Mehki, Myles, Kai, Quintin, Mason, Annebelle, Ainsley, Jada and Marcus; his siblings, Frances Winchester, Deloris Blackmon (Robert), Emma Stuckey, Ethel Mae Reid, Bobby Meaders (Susie) and Kenny Massey; and his close friend Juanita Gleaton. He is also survived by family members and friends.
