She is survived by: her mother Deborah Zepeda; her grandparents, Jose and Carol Pina; her children, Eddie, Lilo and Evolet Mitchua; her siblings, Francisco Owle of Maggie Valley, NC, Juan Resendiz and Mary Owle of Waynesville, NC.; her uncle Michael Zepeda of Cherokee, NC; and her cousin Travis Zepeda. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
