He was predeceased by: his parent Myranda Ann Daniel; and his grandparents, Carolyn Ann Wolfe and Charles Wolfe of Cherokee. He is survived by: his sister Kristian Daniel (Kevin Watty); his nieces, Myranda Sherrill, Addison Sherrill, Harli and Charli Sherrill; his great-nephew Nech "Fat Boy" Tsatoke; his aunts, Heather Panther (Dudley) of Cherokee and Christy Daniel of Cherokee; his cousins, Corbin Wolfe, ShaShoni Panther and Steven Cain (Mandy); and his uncle Ricky Cain (Lindy).
