It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Kenneth Kanott of Cherokee, North Carolina, who passed away on November 22, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert James and Stella Wilnoty Kanott; and his sister Flora Mae Smith. He is survived by: his sibling's children, Will Smith (Tina), Charles Smith, Ralph Smith Jr. and Charlotte Rogers (Steve). He is also survived by extended family and friends.
