He is survived by: his children, Randal Wayne Owle, Tonya Mitchell (John) and Angie Swayney; and his siblings, Joyce Blankenship, Peggy DeHart, Linda Baxley, Tina Owle, McKinnley and Richard Owle. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
