She was predeceased by: her husband Robert "Bob" McCullough; and her parents, Lawin Truett and Maxine Truett. She is survived by: her daughter Courtney McCullough Horsman (Tyler); her granddaughter Aurelia; and her brothers, Terry (Nancy), Tony (Linda) and Tracy Truett. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
