She was predeceased by : her father Alvin Curtis Franklin; her son Shannon Franklin; and her sister Janice Franklin. She is survived by : her mother Doris Benfield Franklin; her husband Larry Hudson; her sons, Billy Franklin (Leslie) of Morganton and Tim Blankenship of Casar; her brothers, Wayne Franklin of Connelly Springs and Donald Franklin of Connelly Springs; and her grandchildren, Alexis Byars, Mariah Moody and Nathan Blankenship.
