It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Katherine Phlegar (Cherryville, North Carolina), who passed away on April 27, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Duke and Vivian Allred; and her husband Barry Bartley Phlegar. She is survived by : her son Charles Bartley "Bart" Phlegar of Phoenix.
