He was predeceased by : his parents, William Cone Anthony and Mae Belle Watts Anthony; and his brother James Anthony. He is survived by : his sister Connie Barger (Bill) of Crouse; his nephew Scott Anthony of Bessemer City; his niece Amy Chafin of Hampstead; his great-nephews, Scottie Anthony, Wesley Anthony, Connor Chafin and Brendan Chafin; his great-niece Kylie Chafin; and also, Addie Anthony, Addie Young and Kora Chafin.
