He is survived by: his sons, Mark Freeman (Mary Anne) and Jeff Freeman (Tonya); his caregiver Wendy Allen; his stepsons, Steve Garver and Tim Garver (Phyllis); and his brother Tommy Freeman (Wanda). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.
