He is survived by: his children, Matthew McNeilly (Donna) of Casar and Carla Peavy (Michael) of Casar; his grandchildren, Kellianne Shuler (Billy), Robert Keeter III (Angel) and Amber Ollis (John); his great grandchildren, Kyle, Ameila, Mollie, Emmie, Mila, Liam, Damien, Brantlee, Ava, Layla, Waylon, Jordan, Colton and Paisley; his brother William McNeilly of Casar; and his caregiver Cande Emory.
