He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Kiser and Eleanor Kiser; his son-in-law Steve Stinnette; and his pet Chloe. He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his children, Wendy Stinnette, Jody Kiser (Sherry) and Lori Jandreau (Kirt); his grandchildren, Katie, Josh Williams, Luke, Sierra Kiser, Levi, Anna Kiser, Kiser Merrow, Boston Merrow, Henry Merrow and Adeline Merrow; his great grandchildren, Turner, Stevie Williams, Montana, Dakota, Jackson Kiser and Cannon Kiser; and his sisters, Patricia Garrett and Shirley (Butch Gunckle).
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Bethel Lutheran Church. A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Bethel Lutheran Church Cemetery. A burial will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 at the Bethel Lutheran Church.
