He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Douglas Satterfield and Patti Echols Satterfield. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Shuford Satterfield; his sons, Adam Satterfield (Melissa) of Greer, SC and Luke Satterfield of Shelby; his sister Tori Hughes (Jamye) of Creedmoor; his siblings-in-law, Lisa Batca (Ron) of Raleigh and Richard Shuford (Paula); and his nieces and nephews, Wesley Weaver (Lindsey), Ryan Hughes (Anna Marie), Emma Weaver, Caroline Rhodes (Brandon), Alec Batca and Lara Batca.
