He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ray Pendleton and Gladys Margaret Greene Pendleton; his wife Linda Craig Pendleton; and his son Michael Loyd Pendleton. He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Pendleton Osborne (Shane) of Shelby and Margaret Pendleton Hudson (Ricky) of Casar; his siblings, George Ray Pendleton (Dian) of Shelby and Gail Curtis (Mike) of Valdese; his grandchildren, Taylor Robbins, Dylan Robbins (Brandy), Nicholas Robbins (Felicia), Whitley, Amanda, Peyton and Emma Osborne; and his great grandchildren, Liam, Easton, Ollie, Hunter, August, Lorilei and Zaleigh. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Christian Fellowship Church (2951 Philadelphia Rd, Lawndale, NC 28090). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
