He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Oran Kiser, Sr. and Annie Mae Goins Kiser; his brothers, Charles, Tom Jr. and Darrell Kiser; and his in-laws, Samuel, Elsie Sellers, Steve Sellers and Mary Martin.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Ruth Sellers Kiser; his children, Amanda (Ronny Jordan), Jason (Tiffani Kiser), Brian (Amber Kiser), Ashley (Andrew Turner) and Jessica (Robbie Davis); his grandchildren, Caleb Jordan, Andrea Turner, Sam Kiser, Colton Kiser, Mack Turner, Olivia Kiser, Hattie Davis, Eli Kiser, Evie Davis and Mavey Kiser; his brother Harvey Kiser (Rose); and his sister-in-law Betty Trammell. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
