He is survived by: his children, Woodrow Brackett, Jr. (Sandy) of Grover and Lynn Grimes (Gordon) of Cary; his granddaughter Abby Murray (Trey) of Raleigh; and his brothers, Bill Brackett (Sally) of Browns Summit and Jim Brackett (Annie Ruth) of Lawndale.
