She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Goins and Nell Shull Goins; her former husband Billy Neill; her son William; and her siblings, Charles Kistler, Bill Kistler, Betty Joe Gilbert, Jane Bumgardner and Tommy Goins.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Barnes; her daughter Debbie; her son-in-law Chris Gagliardo of Charlotte; and her brothers, Harold of Cherryville, Bobby of Cherryville and Ray Goins of Cherryville.
