He was predeceased by: his parents, George William Hancock, Jr. and Jane Pruitte Hancock. He is survived by: his children, Kelsey Price (Zach) of Cherryville and Jason Hancock of Cherryville; his grandchildren, Hadley, Blakely, Paxton Price, Lane, Jace, Levi, Nirvana, Blair, Veil and Grace Hancock; and his siblings, Theresa Abernethy (Rodney) and Gary Dean Hancock (Lisa) of Cherryville.
A graveside service was held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the City Memorial Cemetery (300 E Church St, Cherryville, NC 28021).
