He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ira "Bunt" Williams and Lillie Mae Green Williams; his son Kenneth "Kenny" Ray Williams, II; his son-in-law Jeff Davis; and his brother Clyde Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Goins Williams; his children, Matt Williams of Vale, Amy Davis of Vale and Alyssa Michelle Williams of Cherryville; and his sisters, Irene Martin of Hickory and Mary Ann Williams of Cherryville. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
