He is survived by : his siblings, Curt Dellinger (Sharon) of Stanley, Lynn Bowen (Steve) of Cherryville and Patti Taylor (Eric) of Lincolnton; his stepsister Debbie Sessoms (Bill) of Salemburg; his uncle Bill Sneed of Cherryville; and his nieces and nephews, Katie Bowen of Belmont, Kent Bowen (Amanda) of Concord, Austin Harris of Lincolnton, Mac Harris of Lincolnton, Caroline Furr (Palmer) of Stanley, Travis Dellinger (Courtney) of Oak Island, Will Sessoms of Arlington, VA, Grier Bowen, Blake Bowen, Quinn Bowen, Addison Furr, Braxton Furr and Emery Dellinger.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 from 1:45 PM to 2:45 PM at the First United Methodist Church of Cherryville (601 N Pink St, Cherryville, NC 28021). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
