He was predeceased by : his parents, G. C. Bumgardner and Louise Mincey Bumgardner; his wife Robin Costner Bumgardner; and his sister Betty B. Earl. He is survived by : his son Mark Bumgardner of Shelby; his siblings, Harold Bumgardner of Lawndale, Tommy Bumgardner of Lawndale, Jerry Bumgardner of Lawndale, Odis Bumgardner of Shelby, Jean Wilkie of Polkville, Martha Miller of Morganton, Ida Yelton of Golden Valley and Debbie Grigg of Shelby; his sister-in-law Wanda Ramsey; his close friend Terry Toney; and his pet Bud. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
