She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Yates and Mary Nell Kay Hallman; and her sister Barbara Kiser. She is survived by: her husband Randy Rupard; her daughter Kendra Rupard Webb; her grandson Grayson Webb; and her pet Sammy.
