He was predeceased by: his parents, Chevious "Chip" Francis Hughes and Maybelle Bolick Hughes; and his brothers, Thomas Dean Hughes, Kelly Hughes and Bruce Hughes.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Amy Davis; and his sisters, Rebecca Craig (Butch) of Connelly Springs, Connie Parker of Vale and Amy Hughes of Vale.
