She was predeceased by: her parents, A. W. Seate and Betty Hallman Seate; and her sister Robin DeVenny. She is survived by: her husband Rick Jenks; her son Cam Jenks (Ashley); her grandson Aiden Jenks; her siblings, Linda Beam (Murray) and Maurice Seate (Brenda) of Cherryville; her brother-in-law Randy Jenks (Karen Laskey); and her siblings' children, Steven Seate (Shannon), Trey Beam (Kelli), Nathaniel DeVenny, Jason Jenks and Jordyn Jenks.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 10:45 AM to 11:45 AM at the First Wesleyan Church (800 N Pink St, Cherryville, NC 28021). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
