She was predeceased by: her parents, Burgin Jacob and Bertha Cook Willis; her husband Ralph Lewis Heavner; her daughter Sherry; her son-in-law Ray Trammell; her granddaughter Shellie Heavner Jones; and her siblings, J. C., David, Dwight Willis, Ruth Ledbetter, Hazel Hartsoe, Velma Hartsoe, Kay Taylor, Ann Ferrell and Inez Willis.

She is survived by: her daughter Beth; her son-in-law Scott Edwards; her grandson Bo Trammell; her great grandchildren, Scott Jones (Haley) and Daniel Jones; her great great grandchild Mara Grace Jones; her sisters, Brenda Cook and Judy Gales (Doug); and her siblings-in-law, Mary Lou Wacaster, Polly Houser, Bill Heavner and Eddie Heavner (Susan).
