He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Reagan Rawlins; his children, James "Jimmy" William Rawlins, Shannon Nicole Rawlins Leadford (Kenny) and Michael Brandon Rawlins; and his sisters, Juanita Klostermeyer and Brenda Poythress. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; and 1 great-grandchild.
