She was predeceased by : her parents, Calvin Odell Stephens Sr. and Janie Elizabeth Wilson Stephens; and her husband Charlie Eugene "Gene" Sipes. She is survived by : her pet Trixie; her children, Timothy Sipes (Lela) and Kathy Adeyinka; her grandchildren, Justin, Tyler, Ana, Sammy, Christian and Hunter; and her siblings, Margaret Stephens, Carolyn Smith, Calvin Stephens Jr. and George Stephens. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
