He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Lipe and Edith Childers Lipe; and his sisters, Lois Seagle and Faye Hensley. He is survived by: his son Eric (Joyce); his grandson Lathem Lipe; his stepgrandsons, Kevin Washam (Leah) of Brookville, IN and Jeremy Williams of Windell, NC; his fiancée Sarah Lewis of China Grove; and his sisters, Norma Tutterow of Kann and Rachel Shulenberger of Concord. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
