He is survived by : his children, Shelia of Kannapolis, Amanda and Billy Jr.; and his siblings, William Lloyd Clark, Pat Beaver of China Grove, Lynnette Petrea of Kannapolis and Susan Smith of Mooresville. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild.
