He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmie Baxter and Lillie Mae Walters Baxter. He is survived by: his wife Terry Slawson Baxter; his son Nicholas Baxter (Heather); his granddaughters, Ave Baxter and Eevee Baxter; and his brother Daryl Baxter.
