He is survived by: his children, Lisa Adams (Jim) of Mooresville, Charles Starnes (Kimberly) of Mooresville and Eddie Starnes (Brandy) of Mooresville; his grandchildren, Nathan Hartsell (Katie), Taylor Bankhead (Cameron), Katherine Severt (Josh), Thomas Starnes (Madison), Ben Starnes and Emry Starnes; his great grandchildren, Avarie, Casen, Branson Hartsell, Rilynn Hartsell, Addilynn Bankhead and David Severt; Regina Noonkaster (David), Charlie Brown (Shane) and Scott Woodward.
