With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Janice Claire Thompson of China Grove, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 25, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Fisher and Juanita Hudson Fisher; and her sister Myra Bryan. She is survived by: her husband Robert Thompson; her children, Andy Thompson, Meredith Fink (Jeremy), David Deal and Joseph Deal; her grandchildren, Ashlyn Bensley, Jeremy Fink Jr. and Carolyn Fink; her great grandchild Greyson Bensley; and her brother Danny Fisher.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Whitley's Funeral Home (1748 Dale Earnhardt Blvd, Kannapolis, NC 28083). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Carolina Memorial Park (601 Mt Olivet Rd, Concord, NC 28025).
