He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Lee and Anna Lee Danner Harkey; his siblings, Bob, Don, Betty and Lorrine; and the mother of his children Shirley Harkey.
He is survived by: his son Kenton Harkey; the mother of his child Charlotte Burton; and his daughters, Cathy Garmon and Denise Milem (Doug). He is also survived by grandchildren; and many other nieces, nephews, and other family members.
