He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Carl E. Runion and Wanda H. Long. He is survived by : his parents, Phillip Wayne Karriker and Jamie Lynette Runion Karriker of China Grove; his sister Bethany Karriker Rousey (Aaron Rousey) of Enochville, Paternal; and his grandparents, Kenneth R. Karriker and Sara C. Karriker of Kannapolis. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins.
