He is survived by: his mother Linda Bush Ewing; his sister Angie Brim (Daniel); his niece Christy Forrest (Lee); his great-nephew Jayden Forrest (Madie); his great-niece Makenzie Forrest; his aunt Sondra Cooper; and his cousins, Lisa Humphrey, Daniel Pope (Lori) and Joy Putnam (Joey). He is also survived by family members and friends.
