He is survived by: his wife Beverly Jean Huneycutt Biggers; his children, Brenda Needham (Robert Branch), Michelle Wild (Scott) and Scotty Eugene Biggers (Amy Taylor); his grandchildren, Brandon Needham (Chelsie), Brittany Needham, Austin James Wild "AJ", Kaylee Biggers and Braxton Biggers; his great grandchild Xander Needham; and his brothers, Lee Biggers (Barabara) and Phillip Biggers (Cindy).
