He is survived by : his wife Debby Bost Pethel; his children, Dawn Honeycutt and Jason Pethel (Candice); his grandchildren, Kalyn, Haley, Laci, Maley, Carson and Miles; his great grandchildren, Ace and Ava; his sisters, Teresa Efird (Dean) and Dianne Little (David); and his pet Bailey.
