He was predeceased by: his siblings, Danny Morris and Lori Morris. He is survived by: his wife Connie Smith Seamon; his children, Chad Steven Seamon (Heather Redrick) and Tangie Troublefield (Johnny); his mother Shirley Seamon Horton; his sister Dawn "Elaine" Foster; his grandchildren, Heaven Daniels (Brandon), Savannah Reynolds, Brayden Reynolds and Emma Troublefield; and his great grandchildren, Noah Daniels and Liam Smith.

Memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital in Stephen's memory.
