He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Moore and Mary Starnes Moore. He is survived by: his wife Janice Lentz Moore; his sons, Bryan Moore (Shannon) and Avery Moore (Melissa); his grandchildren, Carlie Moore, Cayden Moore, Ava Moore, Cole Oliphant, Desiree Roach, Curtis Roach and Mckenzie Beaver (Jesse); his great grandchildren, Breleigh Davis, Eliza Beaver and Wylder Ware; and his siblings, Don Moore, Marcine Miller and Mary Alexander.
