He is survived by: his siblings, Wade Campbell of Tampa, FL, Thelma Raye Crawford (Doug) of Hazard, KY, Kathy Khazami (Ghaffar) of Tampa, FL, Linda Henderson (Bernie) of Monticello, FL and Artie Gale Campbell of Tampa, FL; and his brother-in-law David Rose of Tampa, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
