Jefferson of Chocowinity, North Carolina, born in Beaufort, North Carolina, who passed away on March 21, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Theodore Robert Hodges and Mary Virginia Hodges; her husband Billy Jefferson; and her sister Marlene Hodges Fancher. She is survived by : her children, Virginia "Ginger" Leigh Jefferson of Greenville, William "Bill" Earl Jefferson, Jr. (Marletta Poffenberger) of Washington and Jeffrey Hodges Jefferson (Debra Carpenter) of Greenville; her grandchildren, Ashley Nicole Nottonson (Adrian), William Earl Jefferson, III, Allegra Michelle Jefferson, Robert Jacob Jefferson (Tesla Jo), Alana Jefferson Ejezie (Ryan), Corbin Tyler Jefferson and Dylan Reid Jefferson; and her great grandchildren, Paisley Harper Nottonson, Lincoln Claire Nottonson, Remie Charlotte Nottonson, Declyn Rose Nottonson and Theodore Rider Jefferson.
