Dunbar and Dora Cuthrell Dunbar; her spouse Bonner Linwood Hollis; her siblings, Leon Dunbar, Milford Dunbar, Ruby Ensley and Betty Chandler; her brothers-in-law, Donald Hardy, John Jefferson, Jerry Ward and Lou Ensley; and her daughter-in-law Tawny Hollis.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Lynn Hollis (Gail Toler) of Washington, NC and Debra Hollis Boyd (Billy) of Washington, NC; her grandsons, Brandon Lynn Hollis of Holly Springs, NC and Justin Neal Boyd (Melissa) of Washington, NC; her great grandchild Brock Boyd; her sisters, Arlene Jones (Kenny), Patricia Hardy of Chocowinity, Elsie Jefferson of Grimesland and Joyce Ward of Washington; her brother-in-law Earl Chandler of Chocowinity; and her nephews, Jerry Jefferson, Timmy Jefferson, Terry Ward, Tony Ward, Jeff Hardy, Brett Ingalls and Greg Purser.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Paul Funeral Home & Crematory (900 John Small Ave, Washington, NC 27889). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 2:15 PM at the Pamlico Memorial Gardens (161 Avon Ave, Washington, NC 27889).
