She was predeceased by: her parents, Dalton Williams and Margaret Williams; and her brother Cliff Williams. She is survived by: her husband Frank Moye; her daughter Susan Marsh (Glenn); her grandsons, Brandon Marsh (Maggie) and Brock Marsh (Karly Fitzgerald); her brother Dalton Williams (Judy); and her sister-in-law Jewel Williams.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Joseph B. Paul Jr. Funeral Service (4500 US-264, Washington, NC 27889). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
