He was predeceased by: his parents, Preston Laverne Parker, Sr. and Thelma Powers Parker. He is survived by: his daughter Courtney Parker (Tammy Kimball) of Johns Island, SC; his brother Edward Ellis Parker (Becky) of Chocowinity; and his nephew Eric Parker of Chocowinity.
