She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Brian Lewis and Martha Harriet Gurkin Lewis; and her stepmother Clarcie Whitehurst Lewis. She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Crisp Williams (Kenny) of Greenville and Ginger K. Crisp of Washington; her sister Carol Lewis Warren of Chocowinity; and her brother-in-law Willie Crisp (Sheila) of Chocowinity. She is also survived by six nieces and nephews.
